How much does it cost to rent with Midlands Meadows LTD?
If you are a tenant it cost £0 thats it absolutlely nothing. We don’t beleieve in charging admin fees or non refundable deposits, if you like a property and you meet or requirements why should we charge.
What do I need to rent a property?
There are three main areas we need information verify a potential tenant:
- ID (Passport/Driving licsense)
- Employment (Employment Contract / Payslips)
- Proof you can handle Money (last 3months banks statements)
How old do I have to be to Rent a property?
We require all Tenants to be over the age of 18.
Can I have Pets?
This depends on the property type.
We only allow pets on ground floor properties and where the PETS will no affect any other Tenants.
(Higher deposits may be required)
How much is my deposit?
Deposits are usually equal 5 Weeks months rent.
